Rachel Gogel (she/her) is an independent creative executive and queer advocate who founded her SF-based consultancy in 2020. Her career spans the evolution of digital design, leading major initiatives for The New York Times, Airbnb, and Meta, alongside women-founded ventures like Chicken & Egg Films and Acora.

Working with global organizations in a fractional capacity, she explores the intersection of design, culture, and technology. Beyond consulting, she teaches Career Design Lab for DMBA students at California College of the Arts and previously served as AIGA SF’s Women in Leadership & Design chair. A champion for marginalized voices, she addresses gender-based disparities in design through speaking engagements and published writing. Her work has earned recognition on Inc. and Forbes’ “30 under 30” lists and a 2022 Webby nomination for Departures.
